The ability to have multiple screen sharing sessions open in different windows as well as being able to share files with others has been very helpful for our business needs. We can easily keep track of what we are working on together without having to constantly email back and forth or be distracted by phone calls. I wish there was an easier way to organize all this information within one window so it's not spread out throughout other programs like Outlook. Also would make sense if you could set up your profile with your own login credentials instead of using their service. It makes me feel less secure when my personal data gets hacked through someone else's account which happens fairly often. Our team collaborates regularly both in person and remotely via Vyopta software.
