Good for the price. Defective item
Some rings are non-returnable. There is play within the clamp/lever. I wanted to attach a Garmin GPS to my backpack so I can easily see it while hiking. I wouldn't trust those rings. I will use them for light items and will not weigh them down in any way. By the way, I received 11 D-rings, not 12. The package was sealed. I don't mind. Manufactured in China / Distributed by Harbor Freight Tools.
