I'm trying to sync my second RF remote to a Wynd fan. The first one didn't work so I contacted Revain who sent the second one straight away (great service!). This remote also fails to pair with the fan despite following the instructions in the email. No pairing sound, no connection. Wall control works great. Contrary to this very bad experience, my Minka Aire handheld remotes (there are 3 of them) were very basic. Very bad experience with it. I'm still waiting for a call back from Modern Forms Technical Support. I will update my review if I contact them and they can fix it. Update: Originally gave this one star after failing to pair two remotes with the fan. Eventually I decided to contact Modern Forms customer support (after not getting the correct information from Revain) who asked me about the color of the fan instructions. Blue. He pointed to the Bluetooth indicator in the lower right corner. Yes, I have the RF, not the necessary bluetooth remote. The bluetooth remote arrived today, connected straight away and works great. While I should have ordered more carefully, I think there should have been some sort of statement in the Revain description to differentiate them.
