I like that you can do everything online, or have an option for video training as well! Some of my favorite features are being able to create different groups/circles within ministry grid, which allows me to segment volunteers into specific roles (like youth pastor vs Sunday School teacher). Also love how easy is was set up our website with their help too. When we first started using Mgrid, there were some glitches here and there but they worked quickly when issues came about. We also had one issue where all emails went through at once rather than individually so be sure to keep this point in mind before implementing any new software system. The biggest benefit has been having access to videos from anywhere via mobile devices. This saves us time since everyone now uses smart phones instead of going back home after service and waiting until next week to watch sermons while sitting around during break time. It's great knowing what people need assistance with right away without them needing to come.
