We thought the non-stick coating was fine, especially as we've mainly used this pan to reheat tortillas or the occasional grilled cheese sandwich. In recent months, the situation has deteriorated to the point where it has become a running gag in the family: heat food from below, heat from above. We have never put this pan in the washing machine, always hand wash and air dry. We usually take it off the heat (glass plate) when done to let it cool. It's hard to show how warped it is, but look at 2 photos. One shows a knife that easily fits underneath. In another, it's next to a jar of olives, so you can see how big a side is in comparison. Disappointed.
