Best cheap saddlebag alternative

Who likes saddlebags? Not this guy. The Velcro on the strap wears out. The bag rubs my thighs. And they look cheesy as hell. Just don't waste your money. The bottle holder can hold everything and more. I can fit a spare hose, two CO2 cartridges, a CO2 regulator, a couple of allen wrenches/tools, a small snack, a microfiber bag, and then some extra space. I rarely ride more than 25-35 miles at a time. I use about 3/4 of a water bottle during this time, so I can do without the extra holder. As I ride further, I attach an extra cage to the rear of the seat tube and a pod to the rear. Build quality seems good so far, but I'll update as I use it more often. The thread is made of plastic, but holds tight. Don't think you will have any problems in the rain. The microfiber pouch keeps rattling to a minimum. It all depends on how you pack it. Again no problem. Someone mentioned that it doesn't fit the standard cage very well. Not sure what "standard" they operate to, but it's locked tight in my Bontrager cage. See photos. Fits snugly, but slips on and off with no problems. Wrapping the supplied rubber band around the contact point seems superfluous to me. For $11, I'd take this via a saddlebag any day of the week. The 750ml capacity makes it one of the best bottle cages on the market. I've looked at them all and I'm glad I chose this one. It's worth it. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. More than happy to reply or take additional photos.
