I purchased as Christmas gift for my 10 year old.We live in Michigan and normally get alot more snow than this year.We had our first big snow this week.We took the sled out for some fun, so excited to use.For some reason this sled went slower than our regular flat ones, he couldnt carry it up hill,and the wheel kept coming off. Imagine my surprise when he chose his old cheapy one over this. I got on Walmart to look into a return and im 4 days past the deadline. Really sucks getting stuck with this when we couldnt use it before now and it’s obviously a poor design
