After wearing Adidas Sambas for years, I've decided to pull off a pair of toms. First good: you can't fault the spirit of the company nor the quality for the price. Great looking shoes. Cons: This is one of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever owned. I don't have wide feet, but the toe box is literally sore, even after 100 miles of use, I had to give it up because I was starting to get blisters in places I haven't had with any other pair of shoes. I took them on a trip last week as my only pair of shoes (and they're as worn as can be) and due to heel and toe problems I'm sending them to the cobbler in heaven. They look good, are well made and I'm sure they'll make a decent pair of shoes for whoever they fit. For me, I should have just ordered another pair of Samba. The shoes are very individual and I am well served with most major brands. However, they just don't work for me.
