Seems accurate and easy to use with my brew kettle
I've compared the temp on this one to the digital one I have and they both read the same thing. So I'm assuming it's accurate since the digital one I have, not to mention I can guarantee that one of the two is actually accurate, but both seem to be accurate. The only thing I complain about is that if you get the gauge part wet, even if you rinse it, water will get in. I sat here under the desert sun and in one day everything became clear. It's not really a big problem, you just have to be aware of it.
