Works as described and my daughter is happy about the quite good bass addition.
I ordered a 2012 Honda Civic for my daughter to add a powered subwoofer to the factory system. I found the correct wires on the back of the main unit and connected them to the rear speakers. Worked as described and my daughter is pleased to have added some bass to a pretty good sounding factory system.
