Former professional installer with over 20 years experience mainly associated with JL, Alpine and Fosgate. I am very impressed with this amp as it is driven into 4 ohms into a single 10" Fosgate Marine subwoofer at this price point. For anyone saying it doesn't live up to its power rating, that's pretty close! Output power is a pretty subjective thing in the 12V world, it all depends on the input voltage and a few other factors. Overall it seems like a great amp for the money, almost too good to be true
