Cheap for Temperature Controllers for a Good Reason
I connected it to my Powerlet heating pad and it worked great for 5 minutes. Then it stopped like a doornail. The vest works well when plugged directly into the battery, so it's not a backup. Avoid this if you don't like hypothermia.
