5 Running after firmware update

When I first bought this item, it was very HOT all the time. Terribly hot without a fan. I updated the firmware for this product and now it runs cooler. It's still warm, but not HOT. My laptop stopped freezing when connected to a new firmware. If you experience this problem, please contact the manufacturer's support. Tell them you're working and need a firmware update. If you are ruthless and you know what you are doing. You can do it just like me. I updated my firmware for Cable Matters 10GBE Thunderbolt 3 which shows up as "Aquantia AQtion 10Gbit Network Adapter" from 3.0.33 to 3.1.109 with "MarvellFlashUpdate_1.5.0_3.1.109". I do not guarantee that you are not using anything at your own risk. Do your own research. I got lucky with my particular hardware, you might not. This firmware update includes a rollback feature, but I have not tested it. Not necessary.
