Review on πŸ₯š FusionBrands EggXactPeel Egg Peeler - Effortlessly Peel Both Soft and Hard Boiled Eggs with this BPA Free Kid-Friendly Kitchen Tool by Jordan Doyle

Revainrating 5 out of 5

After only 4 peeled eggs I felt like becoming an Eggsbert. A simple tool, well thought out.

Well, the pun in the title was clearly intended, but it was absolutely true. I made 4 hard boiled eggs and chilled them in the fridge to make a tuna egg salad. I was actually interested in one of those egg shakers to clean eggs that I hate cleaning. Most of them had terrible reviews and seemed like they were just making a mess. This design made sense and worked really well. I used the end of an egg cracker to make a crack around the center of the egg. Then carefully slide the other end under the shell and turn the egg, usually half of the shell came off almost intact. Then make the other half and you're done, no more tearing off pieces that sometimes stick and take your egg white. Most of my hard boiled eggs are oddly shaped with parts of the protein missing. The tool has a special latch in the handle that closes the split side when the tool is in use for a better and more controlled grip. The design of the part that gets under the shell is curved, similar to the round part of an egg, so it follows the contour as it slides. I cut off a little of the egg white from the first egg, exposing the flat yolk. After that they got lighter and lighter until on the fourth I cracked and peeled it in under 10 seconds without damaging the egg white or yolk. Much better than those shakers and no risk of creating mashed eggs. FYI although I am reviewing Vine this is not a Vine product, I bought it and I love it. highlighted.
