That thing rocks! on Egg Poachers

I never expected it to work like this. He takes care of the shell construction. I was expecting a little help with the shell, but this thing works as advertised. LOVE IT!

Special cookware recommended

January 31, 2018 I've been using them every morning since I received them about a month ago. Of the many ways to boil an egg, I prefer this method to all others. The Worst Thing You Can Do When you cook protein, you have to overcook it. I apply a thin coat of oil to it before cracking the eggs in and the eggs slide out easily when done. pods in slightly boiling water. I also cover the pot with a lid to keep it warm for even and even cooking. When the eggs come out after 7 minutes, the yolk is a

Stuffed Eggs! in the kitchen and dining room

Just tried the Exactpeel eggshell cleaner. I LOVE this product. It took 25-30 seconds to peel a hard boiled egg. I really didn't think it would work. When I decided to buy it I decided to try it on eggs I bought about 1-1 1/2 weeks ago because every time in the past the fresher the egg was the harder it was to it easy to peel. May not work as well with very fresh eggs. Eggs that are a little older, around 7-10 days after purchase, seem to be the best choice in my area. Erasing was so quick…

THE PERFECT TOOL UNTIL BREAKAGE.

I bought this product in April but due to back surgery in May followed by months of no housework and little cooking I started using it in December or January. I peeled a dozen eggs for egg salad. After many, many years of struggling to clean eggs with the egg whites stuck to the shells in chunks, it was a sheer delight to peel 12 beautiful eggs and not waste the egg whites I so desperately needed. Everything was great except. After I peeled the eggs for the first time, I tapped the rim of the…

Conclusion: It works.

TL;DR: Working. Obtain. Full Story: I've baked eggs in their shell, shocked them with ice, vacuum cooked them, tried the blow method, bowl method, and half a dozen other tools. With the discovery of this tool, my search is over! Now, with the right background music, I can peel a dozen hard-boiled eggs in 5 minutes or less. Notice I said hard-boiled. Soft-boiled eggs can be peeled with this tool, but it will require a slight change in technique. The first step of chopping the perimeter can split

Perfect disposable egg cooker and peeler

The first time I used an egg cooker and peeler everything was perfect! Not so much since then. An egg cooker that I only use for hard boiled eggs has a brown burn mark that I need to clean up before putting away after use. I add exactly the amount of water needed. I only buy jumbo eggs. Since I first used the machine, two or three eggs will break and throw the egg out of the shell, which will then boil and stick to the eggs closest to the broken eggs. I don't know why it is like this. I don't…

Well, the pun in the title was clearly intended, but it was absolutely true. I made 4 hard boiled eggs and chilled them in the fridge to make a tuna egg salad. I was actually interested in one of those egg shakers to clean eggs that I hate cleaning. Most of them had terrible reviews and seemed like they were just making a mess. This design made sense and worked really well. I used the end of an egg cracker to make a crack around the center of the egg. Then carefully slide the other end under…
