THIS IS THE START OF THE YEAR FOR COLD BREW - wonderful.

>>> Uncompensated review from a true coffee lover <<< I've always been a true coffee lover, but I've never liked the acidity created when java is heated. I have no idea how much I've missed the magic of cold brewing until now. ADVANTAGES - Much lower acidity and better taste. - No need to wait for manufacturer heating/draining etc. - CB holds up well and allows you to cook a day or 2 batches of java - easy cleanliness - any mason jar will work - Reg & Decaf and. or various flavs can be prepared - no waste like coffee cups, filters, etc. - low tech / no fire required - great for tea (body retains no aroma) - supports hot water pouring. CONS (mainly with cold brew) - the filter seal can twitch to reset if you're impatient - cold brew doesn't melt some sweeteners like honey, agave syrup, or raw sugar, so either make a simple syrup or melt your favorite sweetener into boiled water b4 which does the Cold brew deliciousness diluted. - Cold brewing really makes the coffee flavor come out that cheap. The beans have an empty taste - a concentrated cold drink takes some getting used to @ a different brewing process Summer strength - 12 to 24 years - completely spoiled by cold beer. A great entry into the land of cold brew coffee - simple, durable and versatile; This complete kit only requires java + water + fridge = delicious coffee.
