I spent hours looking online for a bike like this and decided on this one in the end. I have used this three times so far and these are my thoughts:Pros- does not really make a loud noise at all. You can only hear the wheel part a little bit.- customer service is great! I have pretty bad luck so I knew I wanted to buy from a brand where the customer service is good because you never know what will happen during delivery (especially since this is a heavy and expensive item too). Low and behold, the bottom part of the bike was bent when I received it and I couldn’t attach it to the stand. However, when I contacted them, they sent me a new one at no extra cost!- pretty easy to assemble (I followed a YouTube video, which was more helpful than the written manual in my opinion) but you definitely do need someone to help you because it is super heavyCons- the pedal part only covers half your foot and so the hee
