Instant flat pan ๐ฎ (and cheesecake pan)
Ordered Thursday, received Saturday. This 7" x 3" pan is perfect for making flan and cheesecake (among other things) in my 6-quart Instant Pot. I'll order a few more in a moment. I love that it includes a lid with a handle for easy removal from the IP. And with a lid, it's very easy to put it in the fridge to chill. Bravo for developing such a durable and great product!
