I first bought one of these around December 2020, and it worked fine for 16 months. I probably had it on for about 5-10 hours every week depending how much I worked at home any given week. I'd wipe down excess oils every month after it ran out of water that cycle and made sure to never over fill it. It recently stopped bubbling the water and I found out the ultrasonic plate was broken. Might have pressed to hard when cleaning it or something.The way the base is built has the ultrasonic plate with wires directly attached, so even if you buy a replacement plate, you'd have to re-wire the entire thing as well. Other (more expensive) diffusers let you replace the plate fairly easily, but it's easier to just buy a new $30 diffuser every 2ish years than buy a $100 diffuser + $20 replacement parts in my opinion.I bought this same item again in April 2022, and now the light isn't multi-color which is a huge bummer because it was relaxing to have the lights slowly cycle through different colors.
