Review on Deiss® Dual Julienne Vegetable Peeler by Rachel Polk

The Deiss Pro Dual Julienne Peeler is a very sharp instrument. The metal guard and sharpness are dangerously sharp and can make julienne peel even the toughest of vegetables like carrots. I like julienne for vegetable salad and pieces of fruit to put in a pie. Serrated blades are very sharp. Be careful. First, there is a potato eye removal tool. I really enjoyed using carrots and cucumbers for the salad and cooking with mushrooms, onions and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Useful when preparing fillings for Asian noodles.
