Review on πŸ”ͺ 15 Inch Magnetic Knife Bar - Stainless Steel Knife Holder with Strong Magnet by Bridgette Johnson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It works out. in Kitchen & Dining

This is my first time using a magnetic knife holder so I'm comfortable with the competition or the higher cost completely unknown version of it is different, but I can tell you one thing: this one works. I use it to hold an 8" chef's knife, a 7" serrated utility knife (wide, heavy blade), a cheap ginsu knife, a paring knife, and a 5" knife. Scissors. They all stay in place and are very stable when installed - they don't slip or threaten to fall off. The pole is quite short, big enough for the collection I've described and I have to admit it. seemed a bit "cheap" when I took it out of the box and installed it. The assembly was very simple: two screws for the guide frame, then the visible part, the "magnetic guide", slides over it. like me and don't know what to expect and don't want to spend a lot of money this is a really good bet. I'm curious to see what the more expensive devices offer that this one doesn't, but so far I haven't felt the need to find out.

Pros
  • Measures 15 3/4 in. Slim, durable design, strong magnetic surface
Cons
  • I'm concerned about this one
