These collar washers are required to operate the Cat Mate Elite Super Selective Cat Flap. They work well but the design could use some improvement. The size is too big for cats. I think it's the same size meant for medium to large dog doors. So when you attach them to cat collars, they look pretty big. And given the intense activity of cats climbing in groups of three, exploring and doing all sorts of things day and night, the size of these disks just doesn't make sense. They can be made to at least half their actual size. Another aspect that could also be improved is the quality of the sticker that has the cat's name and phone number on it. It doesn't work with most pens and its protective layer is rather weak, considering cat's fast activity, it could be improved.
