It’s cheap and helps with weight for a headache. But if you freeze it, the cold lasts for maybe 5-10 minutes. Definitely works better being heated up. But even then, there aren’t enough beads inside. So the beads tend to spread away from the middle and it’s hard to really get the distribution right.
