Review on 🍳 Cristel Strate Set of Handles: 13 Piece Silver Collection for Ultimate Cooking Convenience by Yaisa Luster

Before I chose Cristel, I did a lot of research on pots and pans. I have very little storage space in our motorhome and wanted a small footprint and with the detachable handles they fold up really well. Despite being glass, the lids are also very easy to store because they are flat and have no handles at the top. The whole set literally takes up 1/4 of the space my old set took up. They also work on electric, gas and induction stovetops, which is what I needed to have on the go. Just in case, after reviewing etc, I bought a small Cristel non-stick frying pan (separately for fish and eggs). I had concerns about cleaning but I had no problems. I even left the rice out too long (oops!), and to my surprise the pot was cleaned well. I have cleaned by hand and used the dishwasher and have been very pleased with the wash and appearance. No hot spots, quick heating and nice browning of the meat. I was concerned about the handles, but the long and short handles connect and disconnect easily with ONE hand and DO NOT need to hold the pot/pan to disconnect the handle with the other hand. The pot/pan is very stable when lifted which was a big plus for me. It took a bit of effort to get used to the on/off buttons as I'm used to sets with permanent buttons, but I get the hang of it. Actually, it's nice not to arrange the dishes on the stove in such a way that the handles don't bump into each other. I also like the short handles to put the pot right on the rack on the table. They look so pretty to serve in. Now that I've had them for a couple of weeks and have been using them every day since, I can confidently say these are the best pots/pans I've ever had. You're wasted, but it's worth it for me and our situation. I'm so glad I went with them.
