Make sure you read the description and if you think 1/2 inch doesn't matter then think again. I have never bought a filter whose actual size differs from the advertised one. It just doesn't work. The filter rattles in a space not occupied by an undersized filter. How hard is it to make something 14x20x1 when you call it 14x20x1?
