Cheap Chinese with good warranty

It's a bit expensive and I think it's covered under warranty. They have a certain failure rate and the seller takes over the guarantee. These are cheap Chinese units, but when they work, they work well. The thermistor fails from time to time. If this is the case, they will send you a new heater. Repairs and spare parts are not offered. The thermistor is easy to replace if you are an experienced DIYer. Use this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06W2K6Z81/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 If you think about it, you can figure out how to hook it up for easy replacement in the future . Externalization of the thermal fuse. If you don't like handicrafts, you can count on the seller to have your back if yours fails. Update 01/15/19: It took less than a year and the thermistor burst. I'll just change it. Unless you're a DIY enthusiast, you better hope your device fails within the warranty period. I recommend that you run it A LOT after you buy it even if you don't have to as it will fail during the warranty period. If you only use it for a few weeks in the winter and then store it for 9 or 10 months before using it again, it may fail after the warranty has expired. I still like it because it's so easy to fix.
