Review on Night Owl Xgen Xgenpro 3X Digital Night Vision Viewer, Compact and Portable at 2.2 x 6 x 3.8 inches by Stacy Johnson

Today I received the device. Nicely packaged and safe. First of all, this device is small and fits perfectly in a medium-sized hand. The manual that came with the device is very small and difficult to read. (Tip: place on copier and enlarge). The instructions are simple and easy to follow if you can zoom in. The peculiarity of this device is that it uses 3 AAA batteries. (Remove them when not in use as there is less chance of battery leakage and damage). The lens cap did not come with a cable to attach it to the device. When I took the device out in the evening, I was able to follow the focus directions and get a sharp image at about 100 meters. I wear glasses and was able to use the dual focus for a clear view. The view will be small, black and white. As for my application, I am very happy with the choice and purchase. For those who have never used night vision goggles, this is not military grade or what you see on TV. Do you have realistic price expectations? Good price, good build quality, light weight.
