It's easy to use! We have been using this software since its inception and it has always met our needs - so far. I think we could do more with their support department if they were able to help us when things go wrong or at least give us some guidance in how to fix issues ourselves. The system works well but sometimes there can be delays between updates of data entered into the program and being reflected in the actual file as intended. This may also be due to user error but not sure why it happens so often. Just make sure you get everything down right before submitting to ensure no errors occur during the final stages of submittal approval/contract award.
