I like that they are always open to feedback from their customers regarding future enhancements or product improvements, as well have an active community forum for discussion about products in use within your organization's environment.
They also tend not force you into new software when it is clear you already utilize something else (such as using VMWare rather than Hyper-V). We used this solution with our clients primarily because we were looking at providing some level automation capabilities across several different organizations/clients without having too much custom development effort involved by another vendor - which was important given one client had very specific needs related to network monitoring that required specialized attention if done manually versus through automated means.
- Customization possibilities can be accomplished relatively easily via PowerShell scripting where needed instead requiring extensive code changes being made directly inside each managed application; all while leveraging existing native functionality available under those environments suchas SQL Server agent tasks!I've been able implement numerous other aspects including adding "tags" along wih data collected during execution phases so additional analysis later could occur more quickly once issues become evident..in
