I had one of these a few years ago and I expected it to be the same length. The handle is much shorter and sticks at first (I sprayed it with WD40 to loosen it and it was fine after that). This size will fit a regular car or sedan, but if you have a truck or SUV (a car that sits higher off the ground), buy one with a longer handle. Also note that attempting to return this product will incur a $5.99 return shipping fee. I wanted to return it for the larger version, but it just wasn't worth the return shipping fee.
