Review on enki ASC EHR by Paul Andrews
Helped greatly reduce errors during data management
Enki has helped us to create a more efficient and accurate way to manage our patient's medical records. The program has allowed us to automate our billing system and has helped us streamline our billing process. The system also allows us to connect with our insurance provider to make sure that we are billing for our services correctly. I wish the reporting features were more robust. We would love to be able to use the program to track our patient's visit to make sure that our procedures are being billed correctly. Enki has allowed us to automate our billing process and has helped us streamline our billing process. I have been using enki for over 15 years and have never had any issues. I like that it is easy to use and has all of the features that we need. There are some things about enki that I wish were different but they haven't changed in years so there isn't much I can do about them. We have been able to track patient information, surgeries performed, billing, etc. without any problems.
- It works well most times when you enter your codes into their database; however sometimes if something goes wrong or changes at an office level (like new staff) then this could cause errors which makes my job harder than necessary because i don’t know what went missing from where until after hours..it seems as though everything gets lost once someone leaves
