I went with a model I thought would fit in my bag, and the coffee tasted great until it broke. When I tried to press a button, nothing happened. Also, it was used twice day, on average (brewed about 50 cups of coffee). After slightly over a month of use, the warranty required sending it to a service center, where it was discovered to be beyond repair. The courier provided a receipt stating that I may get a refund or exchange by contacting the retailer. The seller is not interested in making this happen. A way or another, I was able to return the payment. This lasted for far over three months. In this case, I would advise against a purchase. Because I wanted to fulfill my fantasy of having great coffee ready at the touch of a button every morning, I purchased an additional 100 capsules in addition to the promotional code included with the machine. Everything here cost more than the coffee maker alone; now what?
