Review on Made Together by George Woods

I like being part of an organization where there is always something new going around! It's not only about learning but also sharing ideas within my colleagues in order for us all gain knowledge from each other so we can become better as individuals too (and hopefully grow our careers). There are things which could be improved upon such as more communication between managers/HR department & employees regarding work schedule changes etc., however this aspect has been addressed since last year by introducing flexi hours option to its workforce - thereby giving flexibility while retaining benefits offered through regular office timings i.e paid leave / annual leaves during public holidays, sick days off when required or maternity cover if needed among others.
