I bought two of these monitors for travel. I have a 17.3" laptop and wanted to replace my sidetrack. I have poor eyesight and need clear images and zoom capabilities. I also really like using two monitors with my laptop, so I have three screens. It's small in size - it is very similar to the iPad and both together are still smaller and lighter than my laptop. I have no problem with the monitor falling off the stand/cover. I had a problem connecting a second monitor. I have contacted support and they responded very quickly and helped me to solve the problem.The last problem was that my laptop doesn't have USB-C and I tried to use the adapter to connect a second monitor (the first one I connected to the USB port plugged in). Kathy from customer service asked me to check if the adapter could handle visual data. Turns out it can't. Actually, it could I couldn't find anyone who could. (I couldn't find one that could) I ended up getting an HDMI splitter to create an extra HDMI port and now it works. Cathy emailed me with multiple options until I got it set up and running and responded to every email I sent in less than 24 hours. The monitor is so clear that I will be using the One instead of the existing monitor in my office.
