I agree with other quality control comments. The lettering on the key hooks is uneven and I shorted the key rings. Also, the label colors do not match the key hook labels. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer service using the email address provided on their website and when I tried to call their customer service I was told to email them. Do not try to press 0 to speak to the operator as the operator's voicemail box is full. I was planning to buy a second key box, but will be looking for another manufacturer.
