I have been purchasing ZMA from Optimum Nutrition for several years. I had to switch to this brand when they ran out of stock. My backstory is that I was able to completely eliminate chronic fibromyalgia and plantar fasciitis pain with one prescription. This prescription consists of 3 ZMA tablets at night and 6 tablets of hereditary bone and marrow supplements and 1 tablet of b-right in the morning. It works like a charm and has been relieving me from pain for over a year. When I switch brands, the pain returns between a few days and a week. For the past month I just couldn't figure out why the pain had returned. B-law and bone marrow always worked but didn't help anymore. I realized last night that the only vitamins I switched to recently were this brand of magnesium. My old zma brand had already been delivered and I decided to try again. Boom. Today I was pain free again. Not sure if this magnesium is lower than advertised or if some of the other ingredients are somehow blocking its absorption. Definitely I will never use this brand again.
