Cheap and breaks easily.

Cheap product broke in less than an hour. Don't pay more than $5 for it, you will regret it. Well it's a joke. Now more than half of the lights won't come on because the wires connecting them are broken. Seriously, they've been standing for less than an hour. :-/ I would have liked to send it back, but I threw away the packaging.
