I am an impulsive buyer. I bought things and then forgot or kept them somewhere. My dad and I were in the kitchen and found that my twin JA Henckels knife needed sharpening. Instead, however, I decided to open up a new Kuma knife that I recently bought. This Kuma knife really blew our minds! Looks very elegant due to the processing. It feels very comfortable and cuts very well. I'm replacing the 7" Santoku with this one. This will be my favorite everyday knife to make room in my twin JA Henckels Blockset, otherwise I might "accidentally" find a Kuma set. :)
