The cleaning pad and scraper worked quite well but the spray function stopped working after a few sprays so I had to use a separate sprayer which added another step to the process. The wiper blade's protrusion from the case was too short, making it very difficult to get to the top and bottom of the windows to clean them thoroughly. I'll keep using it but it's disappointing. It was easy for me to change the length for accessible windows on the fly or switch between the top and bottom halves of bi-fold windows.
