Image quality is good, but the DisplayPort failed after 2 months. I received the monitor at the end of August. When Windows 10 Build 20H2 was released I did a clean install to fix some software issues. Nothing has changed on the hardware, but suddenly my monitor showed "No signal. Please check your input." I uninstalled and reinstalled the graphics drivers and the video output worked successfully several times. I contacted support but was told that I must test the DisplayPort on another computer before proceeding with the warranty repair otherwise they would just check the monitor and send it back unchanged.I tested the DP to HDMI adapter with no problems, but it wasn't until 2 months later that I realized I had another PC at home with a DP output. Strangely the DP input worked with another computer.I reconnected my main computer and the DP worked again. This took less than 24 hours. After leaving my PC on a Saturday afternoon and letting the display sleep, the DP input worked I couldn't get DP to work on any of my computers anymore, so I spoke to support and sent it back for repair. I got my monitor back in less than 2 weeks. I received an email with a tracking number stating the repair was complete, but when I contacted support they were unable to find any information on what steps the repair consisted of. I was glad the DP input was working when I plugged the monitor back in. This lasted 2 days before the DP input stopped working again after the display went to sleep after the computer was idle. When I contacted support this time, they told me their tests showed no issues with the monitor, but they performed a firmware update while the monitor was being repaired. We followed the troubleshooting steps including reinstalling the drivers on both machines - one with an Nvidia GTX 1050 and the other with an AMD Radeon RX 590. When installing with two monitors, the Nvidia graphics PC doesn't recognize anything connected to the DisplayPort output. The AMD Graphics PC detects a 640 x 480 monitor and reports that the resolution is not supported and displays nothing. This time Scepter support suggested that the cable might be the problem and sent me a replacement. I previously tried a DisplayPort cable that I borrowed from my employer and it didn't work. Today I received a replacement DP cable from Scepter, but when I plugged the cable in, the monitor is still unable to receive a signal from a computer on the DisplayPort input. I'm currently using a monitor with HDMI, but I'd rather have all the features work properly. I have exceeded Revain's return window otherwise I would be returning the monitor and looking for something else rather than continuing to deal with Scepter Warranty who can't seem to find any problems with the monitor.
