Overall this was a decent purchase. The package contents were well labeled. Each crystal strand was in a reusable, numbered, plastic bag. If mounting to a flat ceiling, this is a breeze to install. Unfortunately I had to make it more challenging with a sloped ceiling.Once mounted, the process of assembly was extremely easy. I honestly found no problems with the fixture. Looking at the offset holes in the chrome faceplate was confusing at times but once lined up and attached it made sense.I read where some had fitment issues with bulbs but I had none. My advice here is to press firmly on the chrome faceplate to bring it closer to the socket to insert the bulbs. I had two different brands and color of GU10 to see which looked best color wise. Both fit with no issues once I pushed the plate closer. Another tip here is to lay the actual light fixture flat and push the backside in a little to bring the sockets closer to the faceplate.Save the box and bags. If you want to take the fixture down this is your best option for transporting. Reverse you're setup and place the strands in their proper numbered bag.Overall for the cost compared to local options I have no complaints. Could the crystals have been polished better? Could the clips for the strands have been more sophisticated? Sure, and you could have paid a lot more. Polish them as you go (I did) and that extra hour or two you spend is still money saved. A similar big box store fixture is easily four times the cost.
