Does what it says on the tin

My 10 year old VAIO laptop needed a RAM upgrade and the dual sticks have worked flawlessly so far. This laptop is not designed for gaming. Instead, it is mainly used for web browsing, online learning, Excel spreadsheets, and word processing. Providing more RAM reduced slowdowns, prevented crashes due to RAM overload, and basically prevented crashes when starting from hibernation. I don't have any benchmarks, but I haven't experienced any real crashes either.
