Pros: I really like this anchor. I wish I had one for my previous mountain bike, but it was old and I probably needed a new one anyway. 😉 If this bike gets stolen, it's not because this anchor is loose. Not Good: Installation was a problem. I'm no jack of all trades, but I know how to use a drill. Unfortunately, this job required more than my wireless connection. When I borrowed a rock drill bit from a friend and bought an upgraded drill bit, I easily damaged the concrete anchors and bolts that came with it and couldn't find a replacement. I used concrete adhesive to level it and it worked great. We live and learn.
