Not exactly painful and difficult to clean

I bought this bridge to use with my Live Word luxury habitat for my newborn adopted kittens to move in and out of the habitat, when they are ready and it fits perfectly. It is very durable and the steps make it easy for animals to use. The only thing I don't like about this bridge is that only the transoms are painted. The rest is bare wood so very difficult to clean, it might not matter if you use it for a different purpose than me. I will paint mine. It does not require assembly, it comes assembled.
