Replaced the amplifier under the center console. I replaced it due to intermittent beeping from the radio and vehicle (e.g. doorbell or key in ignition). I bought a 7mm ratchet wrench from a local tool store which made the job 100x easier. Use a wrench on the two front screws (you'll have to grope for them and "blind" this part). The 7mm socket with extension perfectly matches the remaining two rear mounting screws. This method saved me from having to remove the entire center console, I only removed the center storage tray (lift the rubber mat to access the other screws) and the rear entertainment panel (fold down the cup holder to access the required access screws) . . By removing the rear panel, the amplifier can be slid back and out. It was purchased as a direct replacement for a Bose amplifier part number 15054673 and was an original factory AC Delco part used in a 2003 Suburban LTU. It's been 4 years and this product still works, no problem.
