I hope I was able to return it!

This is a nice feature rich device, well built and works well. But: - Navigation software is not easy to use. - I have a Palm phone, it connects perfectly to the Nokia device, but it cannot download contacts. Nokia Answer: Call Palm - Battery life is short. (about 2 hours) - Map updates are not available. - POI search does not work properly. It used to work fine, but couldn't find WallMart over the weekend! Restarted the device and reloaded the maps, but the problem is not solved.
