Review on Quadcopter DJI Mini 2 Fly More Combo, gray by Aneta Pa ᠌
One of the best offers, glad I bought it.
The experience of using it is small and it is too early to draw conclusions, but so far only positive emotions. I can only compare with MJX BUGS 3H with a gimbal action camera without FPV and Syma X21W, which is rather strange, because. these are completely different copters :) but what is there. I wanted a folding copter with FPV, because. when buying the first missed by one letter (BUGS 3 - with FPV, BUGS 3H - without). And small, because. I wanted to avoid difficulties with registration (when trying to register BUGS 3H, I did not find the required numbers (perhaps they were on the box that I threw away). Easier to manage well balanced and compensates for the wind, which eliminates the need for taxiing. It can’t cope with a very strong wind, but it fights as best it can and it’s still easier. When maneuvering, the camera compensates for tilts, so there is no twitching of the video. There is also no vibration shaking. Very high quality FPV. When you connect your smartphone to the remote control, the brightness automatically increases to the maximum - a trifle, but nice. The remote control is incomparably better than that of the BUGS 3H. The battery is enough tax and it shows the approximate remaining charge during the flight. From what I did not pay attention to in the description, but felt during operation: 1. The smartphone was easily connected (the usual Xiaomi is nothing tricky). The kit comes with a cable for both iPhone and type-C, which is nice. 2. The application has a self-diagnosis before takeoff with clear step-by-step instructions. The only thing I didn’t understand without reading the paper instructions was how to start the engines in manual mode (but maybe the problem is with me). 3. The application has a map of no-fly zones. No need to look separately and it is not clear where to look. 4. It folds very compactly, although it gets boring to screw / unscrew the levers every time). I took the Fly Combo version, because. I know from experience that one battery is always not enough, and if you buy them separately, it will come out even more expensive. And then there is the bag, very high quality and comfortable, with thick walls.
- Manageability and control. Compact and foldable. The quality of the performance and the quality of the shooting. Control range. Convenient charging unit for three batteries with indication. Maybe I forgot something, but I'm sure I liked it too.
- Not exactly flaws and not that it did not live up to expectations: - too expensive. not that competitors were cheaper, just by itself. but this is individual, of course. - compensates for wind blowing, but only for not very strong ones. which is natural given the size, but you always want a miracle) - once, with an uncalibrated compass, after takeoff, it flew to the side without responding to commands. eventually flew into a snowdrift. I was lucky that I didn’t break anything and didn’t fly anywhere (it was on a mountain, so it was possible to fly far O_O)
