Stopped working twice - waste of money

I loved the vibe of this fireplace - until it gave me a user error. Support sent me a new part to install and it worked again. Now I want to use it for the second season and I got an error message again, only this time the support period has already expired. It wasn't cheap so I'm very disappointed that I only used it for one season and it continued to have problems after that. My advice is to choose another brand.
