I've known for a long time that I use something to dress my feet to help defecate. I had a sturdy little tote bag and I found it did the job well. Having celiac disease and other gut issues, I figured it was time to find the right device for it. I looked at the life size footstool and then found these two separate pieces. I don't know how to use the full size product just these two pieces. I can see that these two pieces are much better than the full size product. You can customize them as you like. In addition, they can be easily folded up when not in use. Without going into details, I noticed that I have a much more complete BM than I have ever had. Before that I felt like there was something else, but it didn't happen. I hope this helps others decide to try them out.
