Review on Enhance Your Cutting Precision with the Harold Import Company Lee Adjustable Wooden Corn Cutter by Lisa Hedberg

Apparently I will not be making creamer corn using Nick Offerman's recipe from his woodworking book Good Clean Fun for which I bought 12 cobs of corn and this creamer corn especially for it. (Woodworking hasn't happened yet.) Thing arrived without a shredding plate which was supposed to be included but was sadly missing, and sadly that missing part appears to be vital to corn shredding. I've never delved into making cream corn before (and apparently I won't as long as those special corn cobs live). Paying and arranging shipping to return an item and then reordering and hoping the next one might have the piece you want seems pointless. Dehumidification during a very dry season. Oh. At least I won't have cream corn.
